We are looking for confident, customer-focused International Voice Process Executives with strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
- Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer support.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle complaints, service requests, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain required customer satisfaction and service-level standards.
- Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first approach during every interaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience in US, UK, or Australian voice processes is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.




- Neutral accent with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- US Customer Support
- International Customer Service
- Technical Support
- Collections
- BPO Voice Process
- International Sales Support
- CRM-based Customer Support

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
