This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated international education professional who enjoys working directly with students, recruitment partners and higher education institutions while representing a globally recognized U.S. institution.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will:

- Represent the university throughout India and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, agents, counsellors, and partner institutions.
- Design and implement effective recruitment plans and yield strategies to maximize student enrolment and revenue at the graduate level.
- Conduct student recruitment activities to achieve enrolment objectives across assigned territories.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, applicants, education agents,



counsellors, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate prospective student profiles and provide pre-admission guidance regarding eligibility, program selection, and application requirements.
- Guide prospective students through the application process and ensure timely submission of applications.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: education agents, university/college, counsellors, corporates, Education USA advisors, alumni, accreditation bodies, etc.
- Work closely with university’s agent network to continually strengthen relationships on the ground, providing ongoing in-person and virtual training, attending agent-sponsored events, and generally providing timely recruitment and yield support.
- Develop new agent connections in key locations across India as appropriate for targeted and sustainable market growth
- Identify new potential educational and corporate partners and facilitate connections, initiating contacts and following up on established leads.
- Attend recruitment fairs, training visits, exhibitions, seminars, and other outreach events across India.
- Plan and execute yield initiatives for admitted and accepted students, including webinars, virtual & in-person sessions, and engagement activities.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and regular updates on recruitment trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-ground support during visits by university representatives.
- Organize virtual and in-person recruitment events, marketing campaigns, information sessions, and pre-departure briefings.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced,



entrepreneurial and relationship-driven international education professional who can successfully represent a prestigious US University and strengthen its presence across India.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum experience of 8-10 years in international higher education, student recruitment, student advising, and university partnerships.
- Experience managing an agent network for student recruitment purposes is a must.
- Demonstrated success in graduate student recruitment for global universities, with a solid understanding of graduate degree recruitment strategies, admission process and conversion activities.
- Prior experience of directly working with global university or representing US University in the Indian market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Indian higher education ecosystem and international student recruitment landscape in India.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with education agents, HEIs, corporates, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and, neighbouring countries when required.
