Job Title: International Sales Executive / Manager – Pharma API / Intermediates

Department: International Business Development

Location: Borivali (W) Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 5 + Years (API/Pharmaceutical Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand international business for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Identify and acquire new overseas customers, distributors, traders, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Manage existing international customer accounts and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Generate export inquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Handle RFQs, customer inquiries, product registrations, and technical documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor global API market trends, pricing, competitors,



and business opportunities.
- Participate in international pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and sales reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of International Sales
- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical API industry and global markets.
- Knowledge of API products, regulatory documentation, GMP, DMF, CEP, and related compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, Export Documentation, Letter of Credit (LC), and international payment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business, Marketing, or Pharmaceutical Management is preferred.

Experience:

• Prior experience in Pharma API, Bulk Drugs, Intermediates, or Pharmaceutical trading is preferred.

- Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving export sales targets.
