Role Description This is a full-time, in office International Sales Executive role based in Lucknow.

The International Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets, build and maintain relationships with international clients, and manage end-to-end sales processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and tracking sales performance against targets.

Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales strategies for international business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills for exploring and managing global markets.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Account Management skills for driving revenue, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills for handling client queries, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess good analytical and market research abilities, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, International Business) or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in IT or software services sales is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet international sales targets within defined timelines.
