Role Overview:

As an International Sales Executive, you will step into a country-lead role across key Middle Eastern territories—taking complete ownership of commercial strategy, distributor management, and channel expansion for our FMCG foods portfolio across contemporary trade and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Commercial & Territory Leadership: Direct country-level operations across key accounts, modern retail networks, grocery, and wholesale channels.
- Key Account Operations: Drive listing negotiations, promotional strategies, trade deals,



and account management with major retail chains.
- Distributor Management: Lead and inspire a distributor sales force of 25–30 personnel, driving monthly primary targets, distribution KPIs, and field execution.
- In-Store Execution: Enforce strict planogram compliance, visibility standards, and aggressive expansion of both distribution depth and width.
- Brand Representation: Act as the company’s primary on-ground representative, steering local market success and managing partner alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MBA from a recognized business school (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of active Modern Trade experience in the FMCG sector (FMCG Foods focus is required).
- Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, strategic vision, field team leadership, and exposure to modern retail or e-commerce operations.
- Global Readiness: Full willingness to relocate abroad and adapt to dynamic international business environments.
