About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, conduct outbound cold calls, and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with international prospects, and the ability to build meaningful conversations that lead to appointments and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets (primarily Australia).
- Generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.
- Follow call scripts and sales processes while adapting conversations based on customer needs.
- Handling objections
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Minimum 6 months of experience in international cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2C lead generation.
- Experience working with US, UK, or Australian markets.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.

Shift Timings: 6 AM to 2:40 PM Week Offs: All Sundays, 1st Saturday & 3rd Saturday

Unlimited Incentives Potential- Average 13000 per month (No Cap on incentives)
