Maitri Global Education is a design-focused international education company helping students pursue Bachelor's and Master's programs across Europe, the UK, and the UAE, with a strong focus on fashion, design, luxury, architecture, interior design, and creative arts.

We are looking for an International Design Admissions & Sales Counselor with 1–2 years of experience in international education sales/admissions.

This is NOT a generic study-abroad counseling or telecalling role.

The ideal candidate will have experience counseling and converting students for international design institutions such as Istituto Marangoni, Domus Academy, NABA, or comparable design schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective design students based on their academic profile, career goals, portfolio, budget, and preferred destination.
- Recommend suitable design institutions, programs, intakes, scholarships, and admission pathways.
- Handle students interested in fashion, design, architecture, interior design, communication, luxury, and creative arts.
- Manage the complete student journey from lead → counseling → application → admission → Enrollment Fee (EF) payment.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle objections around fees, scholarships, portfolios, eligibility, career opportunities, and destinations.
- Coordinate with the internal admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Meet application, admission, and enrollment conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

- Must Have

- 1–2 years of relevant experience — maximum.




- Experience specifically in international design/fashion/creative education sales or admissions.
- Proven experience counseling and converting students for Bachelor's and/or Master's design programs.
- Experience with Istituto Marangoni, Domus Academy, NABA, or similar European design institutions strongly preferred.
- Experience taking students through the journey from initial counseling to Enrollment Fee (EF) payment.
- Strong sales, conversion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Your experience is primarily in STEM, engineering, medical, MBA/business programs, visa processing, IELTS/test preparation, or generic study-abroad counseling, particularly if your experience is focused on US, Canada, Australia, or other non-design-focused education markets.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience counseling and converting students for international design, fashion, luxury, architecture, interior design, or creative arts programs, particularly for institutions in Italy and Europe such as Istituto Marangoni, Domus Academy, and NABA.
