About the RoleInkcredible Studios is looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to drive business growth across B2B & B2C markets while managing digital marketing campaigns and international client relationships.

You’ll own the journey from lead generation → qualification → conversion → client relationship → retention.

? Key Responsibilities• Generate B2B & B2C leads through cold calling, email & LinkedIn

- Handle UK & US clients and convert business opportunities
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns
- Track ROAS, CTR, CPC & CPL and prepare campaign reports
- Manage CRM, sales pipelines and follow-ups
- Coordinate with creative teams for client requirements
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

✔️ Strong negotiation, sales & follow-up skills

✔️ Comfortable working UK/US time zones

✔️ Target-driven and able to work independently

✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
