We're looking for an experienced Customer care executives for International BPO voice process having experience in any sales process. Freshers with good communication skills in English can also apply.

Responsibilities

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Requirements

- Should be fluent in English.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
