Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Provide accurate information and timely resolutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality. Update customer records and document interactions in the system. Meet daily productivity and performance targets. Follow company policies and international communication standards.





Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
