Responsible for ensuring client SLAs are consistently met. /n 4. Responsible for driving PLB carrier sales. /n 5. Responsible for ensuring all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook. /n 6. Responsible for ensuring nil billing pendency at all times. /n 7.

Responsible for extending support for submissions by providing all correspondence emails. /n 8. Responsible for handling personal bookings of clients and ensuring timely collection of payments. /n 9. Responsible for coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings. /n 10.





Responsible for ensuring quality service is provided to clients by adhering to organisational standards. /n Job Requirements: /n /n

- HSC/Graduate in any discipline

/n

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and Travel Operations.

/n

- Solid knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

/n

- Experience in handling international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations.

/n

- Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.

/n

- Ability to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients.

/n

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
