Role Description The Intern UGC Creator role is a full-time remote position focused on creating engaging user-generated content that aligns with PPStack’s brand and educational mission. In this role, the intern will ideate, script, and produce short-form video content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style clips), social media posts, and testimonials that showcase learner experiences, courses, and career transformation stories. Day-to-day activities include researching trending formats and topics, participating in content brainstorming sessions, capturing and editing videos, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.





The intern will monitor performance metrics, gather feedback from audiences, and continuously refine content style and messaging. This role offers hands-on exposure to EdTech, digital branding, and AI-driven education while contributing creative content that inspires and informs learners globally.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including short-form video scripting, storytelling, and on-camera or voiceover presence.
- Basic experience with video shooting and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile editors) and visual design sense.
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok-style formats) and audience engagement strategies.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, technology, and career development topics, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, relatable content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, communications, marketing, design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with basic analytics (views, engagement, click-throughs) and willingness to learn how to optimize content based on performance data.
