Role Description This is a full time, on-site Intern – Unreal Engine Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and optimizing interactive 3D environments and gameplay features using Unreal Engine. Daily responsibilities include implementing blueprints and basic C++ logic, integrating assets, debugging and testing features, and collaborating with designers and artists to bring immersive concepts to life.

The role also involves experimenting with AR/VR/XR features, following best practices for performance, and documenting workflows and technical decisions.



The intern will work closely with senior developers to learn studio pipelines, improve technical skills, and contribute to prototype and production-ready projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational Unreal Engine skills, including familiarity with the editor, Blueprints, level design, and asset integration.
- Candidates should possess basic programming skills, ideally in C++ or similar languages, with an understanding of object-oriented concepts and game logic.
- Candidates should possess 3D and game development fundamentals, such as knowledge of materials, lighting, physics, and optimization for real-time applications.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and an ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.
- Exposure to AR/VR/XR development, interactive media, or gaming projects (academic or personal) is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or examples of projects demonstrating Unreal Engine or game development skills will be considered an advantage.
