Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Search for suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Review and screen resumes to identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Assist recruiters with daily recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate status and interview feedback.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good sourcing and networking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
