Intern, Service Desk Engineer

As an intern, this is a excellent way to launch your career. You will have a hands-on role with significant expectations to contribute both technically and culturally.





- Have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.
- Basic knowledge specific to hardware platforms (Win & Mac), operating systems, communication networks, and personal computers.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
