Job Opportunities: We are looking to hire talented individuals for our AI Strategy and Automation Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Solve Real Business Problems Using AI

- Develop automation, analytics, and ML-driven solutions across business areas like claims, underwriting, fraud detection, customer experience, and operations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and translate them into actionable, AI-ready use cases.

2. Build, Validate & Deploy AI Solutions

- Work with the AI core team to design prototypes, dashboards, scripts, and process automations.
- Perform feature engineering, data modeling, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Integrate with systems using SQL queries and APIs to build end-to-end solutions

3. Measure Impact

- Ensure every project has a clear and measurable outcome—TAT reduction, cost optimization, productivity improvements, etc.
- Link your work directly to business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

4. Collaborate with Senior Leadership

- Work closely with cross-functional leaders and business heads to understand problems and propose solutions.
- Present insights, recommendations, and results to key stakeholders.

Job Location: Bangalore Eligibility Criteria: M.Tech (CS/IT)
