Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company specializing in high-quality corporate office fit-outs. We are looking for an experienced Cost & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals while supporting profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations
- Prepare material, labour, and MEP cost estimates
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions
- Monitor estimate vs actual project cost
- Support value engineering and cost optimization

Required Skills :





- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Experience in corporate interior fit-out estimation
- Knowledge of MEP, joinery, civil, and finishing works
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Understanding of project costing and margin analysis

Software Skills :

- Advanced MS Excel
- AutoCAD
- Cost estimation software (preferred)
- MS Office

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in interior contracting is preferred
