Role Description The Interior & Landscape Design Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for coordinating interior and landscape design activities across residential and commercial projects, ensuring that design concepts are translated into practical, high-quality execution. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers; reviewing drawings and submittals; aligning design deliverables with project timelines and budget; and coordinating with vendors and contractors for materials, finishes, and landscaping elements.

The coordinator will participate in site visits to monitor work, address design-related queries, and maintain design consistency and quality standards. The role also involves preparing and updating documentation, communicating design decisions to stakeholders, and supporting the continuous improvement of design processes and guidelines.

Ideal profile: mid-senior interior designer/architect, strong vendor and procurement experience, hands-on with agencies and contractors, sharp eye for finish quality and detailing.

● Coordinate with interior design agencies on concept development, material selection, and design sign-offs





● Manage purchase and procurement for interior elements — furniture, fixtures, finishes, decor

● Coordinate with contractors on-site for interior execution — track progress against approved designs

● Review vendor quotes, negotiate where needed, and maintain procurement documentation

● Conduct quality checks on interior execution — finishes, installations, snag lists

● Attend site meetings for interior work, flag issues, and report progress to Mansi

● Maintain vendor and agency relationships, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

● Ensure design consistency with overall brand/experience language across projects

● Maintain documentation — POs, vendor comparisons, site photos, snag lists, close-out reports

Ideal profile: mid-senior landscape architect/designer, strong vendor and procurement experience, hands-on with agencies and contractors, familiarity with plant material and outdoor material durability.

● Coordinate with landscape design agencies on concept development, planting plans, and hardscape design sign-offs

● Manage purchase and procurement for landscape elements — planters, seating, signage, hardscape materials, plant material





● Coordinate with contractors on-site for landscape execution — track progress against approved designs

● Review vendor quotes, negotiate where needed, and maintain procurement documentation

● Conduct quality checks on landscape execution — plantation, hardscape, installations

● Attend site meetings for garden/landscape work, flag issues, and report progress to Mansi

● Maintain vendor and agency relationships, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

● Ensure design consistency with brand/experience language across garden projects

● Maintain documentation — POs, vendor comparisons, site photos, close-out reports

Qualifications

- Design Management and Architecture skills to oversee interior and landscape design coordination and ensure alignment with project vision.
- Project Management and Submittals review experience to manage schedules, track deliverables, and handle design-related documentation.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Ability to conduct site inspections, interpret technical drawings, and resolve design issues on-site.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience in built environments.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial projects is an advantage, especially in high-end and mid-income segments.
