Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, space plans, and material palettes for luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand standards.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating FF&E; selections, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, and conducting site visits to monitor execution quality.



The role involves participating in client meetings, managing design revisions, and supporting the team in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines for integrated project delivery.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for in office execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for luxury interiors.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of premium materials and current design trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
