Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer or Architect role based in Gurugram. The role involves meeting with clients to understand workspace requirements, brand identity, and budget, and translating these into practical design concepts and detailed plans.

The Interior

Designer or Architect will develop layouts, select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor, and prepare drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations as needed. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising site execution to ensure designs are implemented correctly and safely, and managing timelines and quality standards.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine design solutions, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring designs meet ergonomic and functional needs for modern offices.

Qualifications

- Strong space planning and office interior design skills, with the ability to create functional, brand-aligned workspaces.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with technical drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, lighting design, and ergonomic principles for commercial interiors.
- Experience in site coordination, vendor and contractor management, and overseeing end-to-end project execution.
- Effective client communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear design solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, including handling multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications or portfolio demonstrating relevant work are advantageous.
- Experience in office or commercial interior projects, particularly turnkey solutions, is highly beneficial.
