Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Interior Design/Architecture professional to join our Design Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting designers in resolving day-to-day queries related to our digital design platform, company workflows, and design processes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that designers receive timely support, appropriate guidance, and effective resolutions, enabling them to work efficiently and deliver a seamless design experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with people, and continuously learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support to designers for day-to-day queries related to the company's interior design platform and workflows.

Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes where possible, and provide timely resolutions.

Escalate and coordinate unresolved issues with relevant internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Track, document, and maintain records of reported issues and their resolutions.





Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and workflow improvements before rollout to design teams.

Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product, technology, or category teams to improve the overall designer experience.

Support designers in understanding platform functionalities, best practices, and process updates.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Learn and adopt AI-assisted tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and support efficiency.

Continuously develop expertise in the company's design platform and associated workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

1–2 years of experience in Interior Design, Design Operations, Technical Support, or a similar role.

Prior exposure to proprietary or enterprise interior design software/platforms will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Good understanding of interior design concepts, modular planning, and design workflows.

Comfortable using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and digital tools.

Familiarity with AI productivity tools or willingness to learn and adopt them.

Communication & Problem Solving

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
