About the RoleWe are looking for an Insurance Operations Executive to join our team and handle customer renewals, insurance quotations, policy data management, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and follow up on upcoming policy renewals
- Prepare and coordinate insurance quotations
- Maintain policy and customer data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Collect required documents and coordinate with insurance companies
- Track renewal status and ensure timely follow-ups

Skills Required
- Positive communication and customer follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good data management and documentation skills




- Comfortable handling customer calls
- Basic insurance knowledge will be an advantage

- Experience: 0–2 years
- Qualification: 12th / Graduate
