​Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, calibrate, inspect, and maintain process control instrumentation and automation systems. Based in Amangal, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate measurement, system reliability, and seamless plant operations.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Perform routine calibration, testing, and alignment of field instruments (transmitters, control valves, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and flowmeters).

​Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation loops, PLC interfaces, and control systems to minimize operational downtime.

​Perform loop testing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic instrumentation.

​Read and interpret process schematics, Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID;), and wiring layouts.

​Inspect, repair, and replace defective field sensors, actuators, positioners, and signal converters.

​Maintain detailed calibration logs, test records,



and adhere strictly to plant safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Education: ITI / NCVT certificate in Instrumentation / Electronics or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.

​Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance within a process plant or industrial environment.

​Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of calibration equipment, control valves, loop checking, HART communicators, and PLC/DCS field devices.

​Ability to work independently with diagnostic tools and handle physical, on-site troubleshooting tasks safely.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
