Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality instructional content for online courses and learning modules.
- Create interactive and engaging e-learning materials, including multimedia elements, assessments, and simulations.
- Utilize instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices to enhance the effectiveness of educational content.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative instructional design methodologies to continually improve the quality of learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning goals to inform the design process.
- Work closely with multimedia developers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of content into our Ed-Tech platform.
- Design and develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between instructional design and platform features.




- Participate in quality assurance processes to review and improve existing content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design within the Ed-Tech industry.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
- Robust understanding of educational theories, learning styles, and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engaging and effective learning materials.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing instructional design projects in the Ed-Tech domain.
