Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Installation & Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of environmental chambers and related testing equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, refrigeration, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and conduct site acceptance testing of environmental chambers.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of environmental testing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, refrigeration, mechanical, and control-related issues.
- Handle wiring, control panels, sensors, PLCs, temperature controllers, and related components.
- Understand and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components.
- Conduct performance testing and calibration support for temperature, humidity, pressure, and other parameters.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



and engineering teams for technical issues and modifications.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, commissioning, and service activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service engineering.
- Experience with environmental chambers, testing equipment, HVAC/refrigeration systems, industrial machinery, or temperature/humidity control systems is preferred.
- Positive understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLCs, controllers, and basic automation will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in environmental test chambers, climatic chambers, temperature/humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, walk-in chambers, or laboratory testing equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,734.50 - ₹33,624.75 per month
