We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, positioning Buddys Infotech as their trusted IT solutions partner.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
- Present and promote IT solutions (cloud, hardware, networking, security, software licensing).
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report sales activities.




- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their IT needs.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT/technology solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with IT products (servers, networking, cloud, security, software licensing).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
