Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers through B2B platforms and online research.

- Draft professional emails, proposals, and communication material to engage prospective clients effectively.

- Build strong business relationships with decision-makers and company owners to promote TradeIndia services.

- Handle end-to-end sales communication, including outreach, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Maintain regular and effective follow-ups to convert leads into successful business partnerships.

- Understand and adapt to international business communication standards, particularly in the APAC and Chinese markets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for key accounts .

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required; Chinese language will be an added advantage).

- Robust ability to draft persuasive and structured proposals and business emails.

- Proficiency in using B2B platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China, GlobalSources, etc.)

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Knowledge of international trade, online marketing, and digital B2B sales processes.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple client communications efficie

Office timing- 09:30am to 06:30pm (normal shift)
