Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, email marketing, outbound sales, and sales team management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales initiatives, generating and nurturing qualified leads, managing email marketing campaigns, and leading the inside sales team toward achieving business targets.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and hands-on experience with email marketing, digital prospecting, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective inside sales and outbound sales strategies.
- Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation, prospect engagement, and customer nurturing.
- Create targeted email campaigns, sequences, follow-ups, and promotional communications.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Manage prospects throughout the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Segment prospect databases and personalize email campaigns based on customer profiles and business needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM systems.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities,



and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Develop sales scripts, email templates, follow-up strategies, and outreach processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure the sales team follows established processes, maintains accurate CRM records, and completes timely follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Previous experience managing or leading an inside sales team.
- Proven hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound email campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, lead nurturing, and sales conversion.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Experience with email marketing and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
