Job Summary A leading company in the Maritime industry is looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive to handle International Calling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for maritime services/products to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make international outbound calls to prospects in shipping, logistics, and maritime sectors
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into sales
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate maritime solutions/services
- Maintain and update CRM with call logs, client details, and sales activities
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Research market trends, competitors,



and new opportunities in the maritime industry
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales with International Calling. Maritime/Shipping/Logistics experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written. Neutral accent preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and calling software
- Positive knowledge of maritime terms and global time zones is an advantage
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Willing to work in rotational shifts to match international time zones
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Royapet

Preferred

- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Ship Chandling, or Marine Services
- Experience with B2B international sales

Work Location: Royapet, Chennai. Immediate joiners are preferred.
