Role Description

- The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable furniture and furnishing products details.
- The Inside Sales Representative will qualify and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, support account management activities, and coordinate with the external sales and operations teams.




- Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, tracking orders, ensuring timely communication with customers, and contributing to sales targets.
- The role also requires building long-term relationships, gathering market feedback, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase product adoption.

Qualifications

- 3 to 4 years experience in sales support profile
- Robust Inside Sales skills, with experience in handling inbound and outbound inquiries and converting prospects into customers.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive Customer Service and effective problem resolution.
