? We’re Hiring: Innovation, Design & Technology Coach

Creya Learning & Research is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Innovation, Design & Technology Coach to join our Creya World of MeerKats & Mean Machines Maker Space at Aparna Unispace, Bachupally, Hyderabad.

This is not a conventional classroom-teaching position.

It is a practical mentoring role for someone who enjoys making, experimenting, solving problems and helping students turn ideas into working prototypes.

As a coach, you will mentor high-school students and undergraduate learners participating in Creya’s workshops, summer programmes and flagship programmes such as The i3 Programme: Introduction to Industry & Innovation.

### What you will work on

You will guide students across areas such as:

? Robotics and electronics

? Artificial intelligence

? Coding and app development

⚙️ Engineering and product design

? Internet of Things

? CAD, 3D design and digital fabrication

? Design Thinking and creative problem-solving

?️ Prototyping and innovation

### Key responsibilities

Facilitate hands-on technology, design and innovation workshops

Mentor students across different age groups and learning levels

Help students ideate, design, prototype, test and present solutions

Prepare, organise and maintain Maker Space tools, materials and equipment

Create a safe, engaging and encouraging learning setting

Document student projects, observations and learning outcomes

Coordinate with Creya’s programme, curriculum and operations teams

Support workshops, camps, showcases and special events

Travel within the city for school-based workshops when required





### Who should apply

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Product or Industrial Design, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics or a related field.

Fresh graduates, as well as candidates with experience in STEM Labs, Maker Spaces, student clubs or hands-on workshops, are encouraged to apply.

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage, though it is not mandatory:

Arduino, Micro:bit, ESP32 or similar platforms

Robotics and electronics

Python, coding or app development

Artificial intelligence tools

CAD and 3D design

3D printing or laser cutting

Design Thinking and prototyping

- Conducting workshops or student activities

Creya will provide the training required to deliver its programmes.

? Location: Aparna Unispace, Bachupally, Hyderabad

? Number of positions: 2

? Work schedule: Six days a week | Weekly off on Monday

? Compensation: ₹4,00,000 gross per annum
