We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team and work on Redevelopment and Real Estate projects.

*Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review redevelopment agreements, development agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of properties.
- Handle legal documentation for redevelopment and real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, housing societies, government authorities, and advocates.
- Assist in property registration, stamp duty matters, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of experience in Redevelopment and Real Estate matters.




- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of property laws, redevelopment procedures, and registration processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
