Creators Yug™ is a rapid-growing Influencer Marketing & Talent Management agency working with leading brands and creators across categories.

We’re looking for a Talent Manager who can manage creator relationships, handle collaborations, and contribute to the growth of our talent roster.

Role: Talent Manager

? Location: Saket, Current Delhi

? Experience: 1–2 years

? Work Mode: On-site

⚡ Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage and build strong relationships with creators/influencers

Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with talent

Understand creator profiles, audience, content style and brand fit

Coordinate brand collaborations, campaign briefs and deliverables

Negotiate commercials and manage deal closures with creators

Track campaign timelines, content approvals and payments

Identify and onboard relevant new creators

Maintain creator records, availability and campaign updates





Work closely with the brand and internal teams for smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Management / Influencer Management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Good understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Fluent in Hindi & English
