JD - Influencer Marketing Role for ClanConnect

About the Role:

This role will be based out of our Delhi office and will be part of the UP Project, where you will work on influencer marketing campaigns for a government-led initiative.

Experience working with government clients, government-led projects, public sector organisations, or large-scale institutional campaigns will be an added advantage.

:

- Client servicing: Manage relationships with allocated clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the campaign process.
- Creative campaign ideations: Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and suggest relevant content pegs for influencer videos.
- Campaign management & execution: Taking complete ownership of execution of influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating with influencers and internal teams.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients & influencers, ensuring favourable terms.
- Monitoring & staying up to date with social media & influencer marketing trends on a daily basis.





Qualification & Job Specification:

- Graduate in management/marketing domain.
- Minimum 1 year but has to be between 1 to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing in an agency setting.
- Experience in working with government clients, government projects or institutional campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Soft skills for building & nurturing long-term relationships with influencers & clients.
- Well versed with PowerPoint & AI.
- Data organization: Google Sheets & MS Excel.
- Additional skills: Good script writing skills for Instagram and YouTube.
