We are looking for an IR Executive with experience in IR and statutory compliance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & payroll processing
- UAN generation, PF ECR & ESIC
- LWF and Bonus compliance
- Leave & wage calculation
- New joiner documentation & employee data
- Employee grievance handling
- Statutory compliance & HR MIS
Required: Good knowledge of MS Excel, PF/ESIC, labour compliance, and HR documentation.
