Job Purpose To operate industrial sewing machines and manufacture EcoWrap® reusable pallet products as per defined specifications, quality standards, production targets, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently for EcoWrap® production.

- Stitch different components of pallet products as per approved designs, samples, and work instructions.

- Maintain accurate stitching, dimensions, alignment, strength, and finishing.

- Follow production specifications and quality standards for every batch.

- Check fabric/material before and during stitching for defects or damage.

- Ensure proper thread tension, stitch density, seam strength, and finishing.

- Minimize thread, fabric, and material wastage.

- Identify and report stitching defects,



machine problems, or material issues to the supervisor.

- Perform basic machine cleaning, oiling, and routine maintenance.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.

- Meet daily production targets without compromising product quality.

- Follow all safety procedures and factory SOPs.

- Support other production activities when required.

- Ensure no unauthorized changes in stitching pattern, dimensions, or product specifications.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
