- Job Summary: Bearing Traders India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Automation Sales candidate to drive business growth in Industrial Automation products and solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving revenue targets across assigned territories.
- - Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
-  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
-  Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, System Integrators, Panel Builders, EPC Contractors, and End Users.
-  Generate new business opportunities for automation products and solutions.
-  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
-  Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.

- Sales Management
-  Drive inquiry generation, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and order conversion.
-  Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
-  Prepare sales forecasts and business plans for assigned territories.
-  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-  Ensure timely reporting and CRM discipline within the team.





- Customer & Market Development
-  Understand customer applications and recommend suitable automation solutions.
-  Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and industry trends.
-  Identify new industries, market segments, and growth opportunities.
-  Develop channel partners, distributors, and strategic business relationships.

- Cross-Functional Coordination
-  Coordinate with technical, application, inventory, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
-  Support customers with technical clarifications and commercial discussions.
-  Assist in payment follow-ups and customer issue resolution.
