Key Responsibilities:

- Production planning, process improvement and capacity analysis.
- Conduct time & motion studies and identify bottlenecks.
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions and process flow charts.
- Maintain BOMs and support new product development.
- Improve shop-floor layout using Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- Analyse quality issues, rejection, and rework data; drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Advanced MS Excel.




- Use AI tools effectively for documentation, prompt engineering, analysis, and decision-making.

Required Skills:

- SolidWorks (Mandatory)
- AutoCAD or similar CAD software (Mandatory)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- AI prompting and analytical skills
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement concepts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Excellent documentation and observation skills

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
