4. Ensure JH/KK pillar activities are carried out as per department plan.
5. Ensure effectiveness of TPM initiatives across plant.
6. Update To monitor reports on the performance of TPM activities and projects.
7. To ensure TPM corrective and preventive actions.
8. To do capacity analysis of for concerned machines with HOD
9. To do manpower analysis based on machine capacity requirement with HOD.
10. Ensure ERP routing & resource master.
11. Ensure product capacity planning.
12. Ensure standard costing process.
13. To implement improvement projects by working on cause and inspection side in line with TPM Methodology
14. To coordinate implementation of RQA for achieving zero CC
15. Execute TPM training & documentation.
16. Monitor Action plan for completion of the projects. Role & responsibilities

18. Ensure safety of men and machinery in the service areas under control
19. Ensure adherence to EHS & Legal guidelines
20. Provide written TPM instructions to minimize accidents.
21. Ensure 1S/2S activities to maintain machine & workplace hygiene.
22. Ensure reduction in wastage through TPM.

23. Accountability:
