Role PurposeTo support children with diverse learning and developmental needs through structured, individualised, and inclusive learning experiences. The educator will work closely with therapists, facilitators, and families to support each child's development and participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver individual and small-group learning activities.
- Support children with developmental, learning, behavioural, and communication needs.
- Implement individualised goals and support plans.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Maintain daily records, developmental trackers, and other required documentation.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, and other professionals.
- Support children in developing communication, social, cognitive, adaptive, and classroom skills.
- Participate in curriculum planning and development of group learning programmes.
- Communicate observations and progress updates to the multidisciplinary team.
- Follow organisational SOPs, child safeguarding requirements, and documentation standards.




- Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge and skills in neurodiversity and inclusive education.

EligibilityWe welcome applications from candidates with:
- B.Ed in Special Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Experience as a Shadow Teacher or Learning Support Educator

Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Freshers with the right educational background and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
