About the Role

Hybrid Arks is looking for expressive, confident, camera-friendly individuals to join our creative team as In-House Actor / Artist Interns.

You’ll participate in social media content, branded videos, short-form campaigns, promotional content, creative experiments, and other visual productions.

You do not need to be a professional actor. Presence, personality, confidence, and a willingness to perform matter more.

What You’ll Work On

- Appearing in short-form social media videos
- Acting in branded content and creative campaigns
- Performing scripts, concepts, and promotional content
- Participating in photo and video shoots
- Collaborating with writers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and marketers
- Helping develop creative concepts and character ideas
- Experimenting with different styles, formats, and performance approaches

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable performing in front of a camera
- Strong expressions and communication skills
- Natural confidence and stage presence
- Willingness to experiment and take direction
- Good sense of timing and personality
- Students or graduates from Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Theatre, Mass Communication, Film, Media, Performing Arts,



or related backgrounds are welcome
- Independent artists, creators, performers, theatre enthusiasts, and passionate individuals are equally encouraged to apply

Bonus: Acting, theatre, modelling, anchoring, dance, performance, content creation, or public-speaking experience.

What You’ll Gain

Work Setup: Candidates should have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection for hybrid/remote work.

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship prospect focused on practical experience, creative exposure, portfolio development, and professional learning.
