Role Snapshot

You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and the value they realise — leading a team of Engagement Managers and holding the outcome, not just the delivery. You’re the senior Aerchain owner for your portfolio: accountable for adoption, value realisation, retention and growth, the executive relationship, and the commercial health of every account. You set the delivery and governance standard your Engagement Managers run to, step in on the hardest escalations, and develop the team.

You report to the Business Head.

What You’ll Drive

Portfolio & Value Ownership

- Own the outcomes across your portfolio — accountable for value realised, not just features shipped or projects closed.
- Hold the customer-value metrics standard across all accounts; ensure every account can point to measurable value.
- Own the executive relationship with your portfolio’s most senior stakeholders.

Team Leadership — Engagement Managers
- Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers — build their judgment, and shape their output.
- Set the delivery, governance, and quality standard your Engagement Managers run to;
- review account health and keep them unblocked.
- Own allocation and coverage across the portfolio; step in personally on the hardest accounts and escalations.

Customer Success

- Own retention, renewals, and expansion across the portfolio — protect and grow account value.
- Run executive business reviews; translate product value into customer outcomes and references.
- Own account health — renewal risk, expansion pipeline, and margin — partnering with Sales.

Delivery Governance & Escalation
- Set portfolio-level governance, cadence,



and predictability standards; oversee delivery health across all accounts.
- Be the final escalation point for your portfolio — internal and customer — resolving what Engagement Managers can’t.
- Confirm readiness and own go/no-go at the portfolio level for major go-lives.

Adoption & Product Feedback
- Drive adoption across accounts — ensure users reach value and stay to value, not just go-

live. Feed structured, prioritised customer insight back into product to shape the roadmap.

You’ll thrive here if

- 12–16 years in enterprise SaaS delivery, customer success, engagement / account management, or product / solution consulting — with real portfolio and people-leadership experience.
- You’ve owned delivery, outcomes and retention / expansion for enterprise accounts.
- You develop people by doing — you show Engagement Managers what good looks like.
- You operate at executive level — calm, structured communication and confident escalation ownership.
- You’re pragmatic under pressure, with a critical-path focus.
- Procurement / supply chain / spend-management domain exposure and strong B2B SaaS understanding.
- You’re comfortable holding both delivery and commercial accountability across an enterprise portfolio.
- Bonus: experience with Indian & US enterprise customers; MBA preferred.
