Summary We are looking for an experienced Implementation Architect to own the end-to-end implementation architecture of enterprise insurance products and solutions across customer engagements.

The role will serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations, translating business requirements into scalable solution designs, workflow configurations, integration architectures, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in P&C; Insurance, workflow automation, BPMN, enterprise integrations, REST APIs, FEEL, Apache Camel, and cloud-native implementations, along with the ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional technology teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and implementation planning for customer engagements.
- Define solution architecture covering workflow orchestration, business rules, integrations, infrastructure, security, data migration, and deployment.
- Act as the technical SME for platform capabilities, configuration frameworks, and data models while translating customer requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to Configurators, Developers, QA, Integration, and DevOps teams,



including troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Drive architecture reviews, deployment planning, go-live activities, production cutovers, and alignment with product roadmaps and implementation standards.

Requirements

- 12-14 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, workflow automation, integration architecture, or digital transformation.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance experience; Commercial Lines and Specialty Insurance exposure is an advantage.
- Solid experience with BPMN-based workflow automation and platforms such as Camunda, Flowable, Appian, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with JSON, JavaScript, REST APIs, n8n, FEEL, Apache Camel, and enterprise integration architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, data migration, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and configuration-driven platforms, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
