Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to assist clients with immigration and visa processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing accurate guidance, preparing documentation, and ensuring applications are submitted correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa options based on their profile and requirements.
- Explain immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and timelines.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs.
- Prepare, review, and organize visa and immigration application documents.
- Ensure applications and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on application status.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and government regulations.
- Handle client queries and resolve documentation or application-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, documentation, and processing teams.
- Ensure professional and ethical communication with clients throughout the process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of immigration and visa procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
