Role Description This is a full time, in office Immigration Consultant role based in Noida.

The Immigration

Consultant will advise clients on visa options, eligibility requirements, and documentation for skilled migration, student visas, business immigration, and family sponsorships.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed case assessments, preparing and reviewing application files, and coordinating with clients to collect and verify required documents.



The role involves staying updated on immigration laws and policy changes across multiple countries and translating those regulations into clear guidance for clients. The consultant will also manage client communications, maintain accurate records, support follow-ups with relevant authorities or partners, and contribute to improving internal processes and client service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes.
- Candidates should possess expertise related to Visas and practical experience in visa application procedures.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Law, particularly immigration regulations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client advisory, needs assessment, and solution-oriented guidance.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or legal/visa processing setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management software, along with a high level of professional integrity.
