We are looking for experienced Legal professionals to join us as Case Workers (Immigration Analysts) supporting US immigration processes. The role involves managing immigration cases, preparing and reviewing documentation, tracking case progress, and ensuring cases are handled accurately and within defined timelines.

Job Summary The Case Worker (Immigration Analyst) will be responsible for supporting the preparation, processing, and management of US employment-based immigration cases. The role requires strong legal documentation skills, attention to detail, case management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support US employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, H-4, EAD, L-1, I-140, I-485, and other applicable visa categories.
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain immigration forms, petitions, letters, and supporting documentation.
- Review case documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with applicable requirements.
- Enter and maintain accurate case information in immigration case management systems.
- Monitor case status, identify pending requirements,
and follow up on outstanding documentation and information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders on case-related requirements and routine queries.
- Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
- Handle confidential client and immigration information with discretion.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as required.
- Support continuous improvement of case processing and documentation workflows.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Relevant experience in US immigration, legal case management, immigration operations, or a related domain.
- LLB/LLM or a relevant legal qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of US immigration processes and employment-based visa categories.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience working with case management systems or other workflow tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
