Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Pre-Sales Intern to support our Sales and Marketing teams with digital marketing initiatives, market research, lead generation, prospect identification, and pre-sales activities.

The intern will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to identify potential clients, support marketing campaigns, prepare sales materials, and contribute to the overall business development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Support LinkedIn and other social media activities.
- Assist in creating and publishing marketing content.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Support email marketing and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Assist with SEO and website content initiatives.
- Research potential target accounts and industries.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support

- Research prospective clients and identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations.
- Support lead generation and lead qualification activities.
- Assist in preparing company presentations, capability decks, proposals, and other sales collateral.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with Sales/BD and internal delivery teams to gather required information.




- Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes when required.
- Maintain lead and prospect trackers/CRM with accurate information.
- Follow up on assigned leads and update their status.
- Support the Sales team in preparing for client discussions.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to use LinkedIn for professional research and prospect identification.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn sales, marketing and pre-sales processes.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing or content marketing.
- Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Staffing, Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML or Digital Transformation.
- Experience with Canva or other content-creation tools.
- Any academic project/internship in Digital Marketing, Sales or Business Development.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in:

- Business Administration

- Commerce

- Communications
- Computer Science / IT
- or a related field
