Role Overview

- Compliance Executive-Ensures organizational adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies through monitoring, auditing, and reporting activities. Develops and implements compliance programs while providing guidance to business units on regulatory obligations.
- Finance Executive-Manages financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making. Ensures accurate financial records, oversees cash flow management, and coordinates audit activities.

- Procurement Executive-Executes purchasing activities by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to secure quality goods and services. Ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and supplier standards.
- Procurement Manager-Leads procurement strategy and operations by managing the purchasing team, optimizing supplier portfolios, and implementing category management approaches.



Drives cost savings initiatives, ensures supply chain continuity, and establishes governance frameworks for procurement activities.
- Sustainability Manager-Develops and implements sustainability strategies encompassing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives across operations. Manages sustainability reporting, tracks performance against targets, and drives programs to reduce environmental impact while enhancing corporate responsibility.
- Chief Engineer-Provides strategic leadership for engineering operations by overseeing technical infrastructure, building systems, and major capital projects. Ensures operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of engineering standards across the portfolio.
- Asst Facility Manager - Soft Services-Supports facility management operations by coordinating soft services including cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, and reception services. Monitors service delivery quality, manages vendor performance, and ensures compliance with service level agreements.
- Asst Facility Manager - Technical Services-Assists in managing technical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety,



and building automation systems. Coordinates maintenance activities, responds to technical issues, and supports preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity.
- Facility Manager - Technical Services-Leads technical facility operations by managing engineering teams, overseeing building systems maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of MEP infrastructure. Develops maintenance strategies, manages capital improvement projects, and ensures regulatory compliance for technical installations.
- Facility Manager - Soft Services-Manages soft services operations including cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, pest control, and reception across facility portfolios. Oversees vendor contracts, ensures service quality standards, and optimizes service delivery to enhance occupant experience and operational efficiency.
- MIS Coordinator-Manages the collection, compilation, and distribution of management information systems data to support business reporting and decision-making processes. Maintains databases, generates regular reports and dashboards, ensures data accuracy, and provides analytical support to various departments for operational and strategic planning.
