Role Description The HVAC Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role involves performing load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout design in alignment with project requirements, applicable codes, and sustainability goals. The HVAC Consultant collaborates closely with internal engineering teams, architects, contractors, and clients to develop solutions, address technical queries, and ensure smooth project coordination.





Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports; participating in design reviews; providing guidance during installation and commissioning; and supporting troubleshooting and performance improvement. The role also includes client-facing activities such as explaining design concepts, offering technical training to stakeholders, and contributing to proposals and project presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid HVAC Design and general HVAC system expertise, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Sales to support client interactions, respond to inquiries, and contribute to proposal development.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members, site personnel, and clients on HVAC concepts and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in building services or MEP consultancy.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and energy-efficiency practices, along with proficiency in HVAC design software and CAD tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in consulting environments or large-scale commercial/industrial projects is highly beneficial.
