Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC and Cleanroom Design Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The engineer will design HVAC and cleanroom systems for projects, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning in line with industry standards and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with project teams, vendors, and clients, and supporting site teams during installation and commissioning.

The role involves integrating plumbing and ducting requirements into designs, reviewing technical proposals,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cleanroom validation requirements. The engineer will also assist in value engineering, troubleshooting design issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in design practices and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust HVAC Design and HVAC system knowledge, with ability to develop complete solutions for cleanrooms and controlled environments.
- Mechanical Engineering background with proficiency in engineering Calculations related to loads, airflow, and equipment sizing.
- Understanding of Plumbing systems as they integrate with HVAC and cleanroom requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience with CAD tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for HVAC and cleanroom layouts.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines for cleanrooms, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
- Prior experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or building services design is preferred.
